There are seven province sections in the American College of Trial Lawyers, representing every province in Canada, with some less-populated provinces being combined.

Each section has a Province Committee, whose members are appointed from among the section.  Province Committees, along with their counterparts in the United States, are the backbone of the College, and perform important work that includes the nomination of candidates for Fellowship and the organization of local outreach activities.
