ACTL Honored With Two Stevie Awards

ACTL HONORED AS GOLD AND BRONZE STEVIE® AWARD WINNER IN 2024 AMERICAN BUSINESS AWARDS®

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA (April 30, 2024) - The American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Best Business Podcast category and the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Best House Organ - for Customers (Public Enterprise, Government, Association) in The 22nd Annual American Business Awards®.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. 

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. ACTL was nominated in the Best Business Podcast and Best House Organ – for Customers (Public Enterprise, Government, Association) categories.

Trial Tested, A Podcast by the American College of Trial Lawyers, presents enlightening discussions about life and law through interviews with prominent Fellows and significant figures in the world of trial law. Hosted alternatively by Fellows in the College Trial Tested seeks to elevate and inspire trial attorneys through sharing the College’s dedication to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics and the administration of justice. To date, the podcast has produced fifty-four episodes over eight seasons which have been downloaded nearly 35,000 times.

The Journal is the national and international award-winning publication for Fellows of the College and is published three times per year. The Journal serves as a comprehensive publication for the College's member community, aiming to inform Fellows about ongoing activities, provide a historical record, and serve as an educational resource for future members. The Journal, in its current format, has been produced by the College since 2014.

More than 300 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
