Kirk G. Warner

Kirk Warner is an experienced lawyer and senior partner at Smith Anderson in Raleigh, NC. Kirk Warner heads the Firms Products Liability practice group and he is a senior litigator in the firms Commercial Litigation team with trial experience spanning many litigation areas. He has provided legal counsel to Senior Commanders and Leaders, as well as Corporate Executives and Boards.

Kirk is a retired Army Colonel, Iraqi War Commander and Senior Army Judge Advocate who has commanded at Company, Battalion, and Brigade levels. He served as legal counsel to three Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon and to several major Commands. He has led major investigations and tiger teams for the Department of Defense and large corporations.
